Seth Santana is a fantastic realtor! He's young, energetic, and was attentive to our needs and particular tastes in finding our dream home. From day one, Seth aggressively pursued the perfect property for us and had us closing on our dream home within 2 months! He helped us navigate the use of technology to view homes and made signing paperwork electronically a breeze. Seth was able to negotiate an amazing deal for us where the buyer paid repairs and closing costs as well. It was just a seamleas process all around. I would reccommend having $3000 to $4000 tangible cash set aside when you are ready to purchase your home for incidental costs like escrow, assessments, and inspections that fall on the buyer. I highly recommend using Seth Santana as your realtor if you're serious about getting into your dreamhome quickly! Seth doesn't mess around. Seth Santana was the realtor for my condo on St. Pete Beach. I met him as he was leaving another unit in my complex that he just sold. I was very impressed with how much and how fast he accomplished in that sale, I just knew he was the one I wanted to hire for the sale of my condo. He told me what he was going to put it on the market for at $375,000 and I was concerned it was too high and he said to just leave it up to him and not to worry as he intended to get more than asking with his strategy. So I put my trust in Seth and he proved himself above and beyond! He was so professional friendly and sure of himself as he had done the homework and sold my place the same day he put it on the market!!! I was amazed as he not only sold it but also got $35,000.00 above asking at $410,000.00 as he speculated would happen. Seth knows what he is doing and if you are thinking of selling your real estate he would be the one to choose to execute the sale!! I am so pleased with everything he did! From the first phone call I received from Seth, he was very professional, and spent the time understanding what I was looking for. His knowledge of the market was a huge help in finding a property I was looking for. He is unbelievably responsive. I was able to reach him at 7 AM, and even after 8 PM on Super Bowl Sunday! Anytime I sent him a text, or a property I was interested in, he was right on top of my request. I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to work with him.

Really great experience with Seth as my agent. I started by shopping around to a few different agents in the relative area, but none of them seemed to realize that my house was in a unique neighborhood. Those agents were advising me to set my asking price around $50k less than what Seth sold my house for. That's results! Not only was Seth knowledgeable of the market and area, but he was able to negotiate a price that I am fully satisfied with. He has the right attitude and vision for this job and I'd recommend him to anyone in the area.
